Maefield and L&L Holdings formed a joint venture to redevelop TSX at 1568 Broadway with a 17,018 square foot digital display incorporated in the renovated building. Located directly across the street from NYC TKTS booth and red glass steps, the project’s location came with a built-in audience and a unique opportunity to build a public performance venue into building’s digital display.

Sensory Interactive adapted the display design to include performance venue that seamlessly folds out of and back into the main display, disappearing without visible seams that would detract from the overall integrity of the display.

Sensory Interactive has provided design, procurement, construction management and owners’ representation services for TSX’s spectacular largescale display / performance venue and for two additional displays at the property; a smaller digital display mid-way up on the building and a digital crown that sits on top of the building with three dynamic display faces.

In addition to the three high-resolution LED display installations, the rest of the building will feature an integrated, state-of-the-art façade lighting system that will create a dramatic, 46-story canvas for the world’s biggest brands.
