Managing Director, Project Finances
As the Managing Director of Project Finances for Sensory Interactive, Josh Moore advances the revenue strategy for client projects. With over fourteen years of experience in valuation and market analysis, he tailors financial models and projections to each client, focusing on long-term revenue opportunities and maximizing returns.
Josh joins the team familiar with Sensory Interactive, having worked on the revenue strategy for the Dynamic Real Estate launches at SoFi Stadium at Hollywood Park and the future Clippers Arena in Inglewood, California.
In his previous position as the Manager of Partnership Valuation at Legends Global Planning, Josh valued over $5 billion in contractually obligated sponsorship income. He also used his expertise in evaluating partnerships to provide pricing, sales stories, and inventory strategies for clients and the sales team.
Josh brings a distinct track record of accurately projecting revenue for major real estate projects. Over the course of his career, he has worked with major sporting and entertainment properties around the world: SoFi Stadium at Hollywood Park, Orlando Magic Sports and Entertainment District, National Football League, Learfield, Milwaukee Bucks, Golf Channel, and FC Barcelona, as well as Fortune 500 companies: Target, FedEx, US Bank, and Pacific Life. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Marketing at Louisiana State University.
A family man, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their two children, Emma and Asher. When not chasing around his two kids, he enjoys playing golf, tennis, and the occasional date night with his wife. He works out of our Dallas, TX office.
