As the leader of Sensory Interactive’s revenue strategy group, Jake Indyk directs a team responsible for helping clients maximize return on investment and secure long-term cash flow for their digital and static signage.
Jake is an expert at performing valuation and underwriting analysis for signage installations, creating detailed signage monetization strategies, and negotiating and managing media sales agreements. While at Sensory Interactive, he has delivered these services to some of the world’s most prominent developers, corporate brands, and professional sports franchises, including Estein USA, Holland Partner Group, SL Green Realty, and the Washington Nationals.
Jake also has extensive knowledge of the capabilities and strengths of the market’s most active media sales firms, and he has recently negotiated multimillion-dollar agreements with agencies that include Outfront Media, Clear Channel, and Big Outdoor. In addition to working extensively in the highly specialized Times Square display market, Jake has provided media sales consulting services for projects across the U.S., including for nationwide display networks.
Before joining Sensory Interactive, Jake was director of brand ventures for Westfield Corporation, where he was responsible for the sales of media and experiential activations across Westfield’s U.S. retail centers, including the newly opened Fulton Center in Lower Manhattan.
Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami. He is based in Sensory Interactive’s New York City office in the heart of Times Square.
