Elisabeth Nugent is responsible for the day-to-day management of Sensory Interactive’s human resources operations, with a focus on practices that create a high-performance, employee-oriented culture. Elisabeth handles employee orientation, onboarding, and training, as well as managing payroll, benefits administration, organizational development, company-employee communication, and regulatory and compliance reporting.
Elisabeth’s background includes work in the areas of business operations, human resources, relationship management, business development, and project coordination. This diverse range of experience gives her a deep understanding of the operational and administrative challenges facing today’s companies.
Elisabeth is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology.
