Designer David Hoppel holds a Master of Architecture degree from the NewSchool of Architecture & Design in San Diego, California, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in design management and architecture from Arizona State University in Tempe.
Before joining Sensory Interactive’s Austin office, David was most recently an architectural designer with Roesling Nakamura Terada Architects of San Diego, where he worked on all phases of the design process for a variety of public and private projects. His previous experience includes the creation and analysis of project documentation and specifications for architectural, engineering, and general contracting firms.
Originally from Southern California, David studied across Europe and the Americas and has worked on conceptual design projects in Argentina, Italy, Portugal, and Denmark. David’s diverse creative inspirations are apparent in much of his work, including in his master’s thesis, which discussed the influence of film on architecture.
