Craig Magerkurth is an accomplished technology deployment professional with more than 25 years of experience developing, building, and managing complex technology-based solutions across multiple industries.
Before joining Sensory Interactive, Craig most recently led teams of GIS analysts and data scientists in the development of telecommunications pricing systems, network optimization tools, data analytics, and geospatial information management systems to support SaaS platforms for major telecommunications providers.
Craig’s experience also includes leading a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Resident Office, where he oversaw all design and construction activities for the Corps of Engineers in Italy, as well as serving as the Technology Program Manager for the City of Chicago, deploying digital surveillance solutions for multiple local and national entities in the city. Craig also led teams deploying red-light enforcement cameras at 500 intersections in 11 states, deployed traffic sensors in 25 cities across the United States, and built out Tier 2 data centers in 14 major U.S. cities.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he served as Class President, and also holds a Master of Science degree in engineering management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Craig spent twelve years on active duty in the U.S. Army and currently serves on the City Council of Marble Falls, Texas.
