As a Senior Growth Manager on Sensory Interactive’s business development team, Craig Henderson works with current and potential clients to find ways to increase the value of their real estate assets by using technology to generate revenue and deliver engaging visitor experiences.
Craig has an extensive background in the fields of digital signage, out-of-home advertising, retail, sports, hospitality, architecture, and construction. His experience operating at the highest levels of these diverse industries gives him a unique understanding of the trends shaping their ongoing evolution. Craig is also respected as a big-picture thinker, able to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in unexpected places.
Before joining Sensory Interactive, Craig most recently spent nearly 12 years at Exponation, where he helped launch the company and was the Publisher and General Manager for several publications and online properties covering digital signage, lighting, and retail design. These included Digital Signage Connection, VMSD, WCLI, LightShow West, and the LED Specifier Summit. He was also the General Manager for the organization’s flagship event, Digital Signage Expo, as well as the Retail Design & Construction Conference.
Craig previously served as the Vice President of Sales for a full-service advertising agency, where he worked with national retailers, consumer brands, and business-to-business clients. He also operated an independent marketing and consulting firm specializing in retail, hospitality, and the architecture and design industry.
Craig attended Georgia State University and DeKalb Community College, where he also played baseball. He is active in the community as a civic leader and volunteer, including coaching for more than 20 years and co-founding the South Forsyth Community Baseball program in Forsyth County, Georgia.
