Sensory Interactive’s Dallas team has completed the move to its new home at the lakeside Cypress Waters development near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
The new offices have space to accommodate Sensory Interactive’s growing operational services group and are also home to an expanded network operations center (pictured above). The network operations center provides 24/7 system management for Sensory Interactive clients across the United States.
These Dallas-based remote monitoring activities work in conjunction with our regularly scheduled site evaluations and maintenance coordination activities to proactively prevent outages and identify potential maintenance issues before they become problems. The operational services team in Dallas also oversees the scheduling and management of content for digital installations nationwide and produces detailed proof-of-play reports for owners and advertisers.
From this new space in Dallas, the operational services team will continue to ensure the effective deployment and optimal performance of projects covering a wide range of technologies and physical environments. The expanded facilities will enhance the team’s ability to keep systems running smoothly and ensure that content is produced, scheduled, delivered, and monitored in a way that maximizes every system’s long-term value.
