The personnel, hardware, software, and experience of the Sensory Interactive operational services team ensure the effective deployment and optimal performance of projects covering a wide range of technologies and physical environments.

We augment existing IT/AV services and enhance manufacturers’ warranty terms by supporting, actively monitoring, and providing a sole point of responsibility for display hardware and software components. Our operational support services help owners maximize their return on investment by enhancing revenues and decreasing costs, including eliminating the need for additional staff to support their systems.

System Monitoring and Quality Control
Working from the Sensory Interactive network operations center, our operational services team provides daily 24/7 remote monitoring. This monitoring, combined with our regularly scheduled site evaluations, proactively prevents outages and identifies potential maintenance issues before they become problems. We coordinate with the system manufacturer’s maintenance and support services, providing regular updates to the owner on any and all outstanding service issues.

Content Management and Scheduling
Our team oversees the scheduling and management of content for digital installations. We check all content for adherence to system technical specifications, answer requests for changes against scheduling, confirm content requirements developed in conjunction with the owner, and ensure accurate playback. We also work as technical advisors to third-party content providers to ensure content is created to meet the required system specifications.

Documentation
When requested, the operational services team provides proof-of-play reports for owners and advertisers, and also documents upcoming schedules, maintenance reports, and service information in consistent, easy-to-interpret formats.

In addition to these core services, the team provides support for special events, assists in developing rollout plans for new media and campaigns, and continually explores new technology opportunities.
