Managing Content Delivery
Once the Content Plan is in place, we manage the procurement, creation, and implementation of all content elements. Procurement services includes developing detailed scope documentation, identifying specialty firms capable of delivery, and collecting pricing. If a bid process is preferred, we create RFP documentation and manage the bidding process through award. Once content creators are in place, we manage their work to creative expectations and to the overall project schedule. We see projects through to completion, including managing content loading, programming, and commissioning.
