Sensory Interactive is working with developer EDGE Realty Partners to plan and implement a significant promotional platform for EDGE’s new mixed-use development in southwest Houston.
The development, the Grid, is a mixed-use reinvention of a landmark Texas Instruments research and manufacturing campus in southwest Houston. The 192-acre project will include retail, residential, office, dining, entertainment, hospitality, and public space components. The centerpiece of the development is a significant green space that will connect the community and serve as a venue for concerts, festivals, and other outdoor events.
As part of a team that includes architecture firm Gensler, landscape architects TBG Partners, and designer Asterisk Group, Sensory Interactive is defining a promotional platform that will enhance the entertainment and public-space portions of the project by delivering sponsorship and advertising opportunities, support for live events, and interactive capabilities.
The Grid is located on I-69 between West Airport Boulevard and South Kirkwood Road, at the northern edge of the diverse and affluent Fort Bend County community.
