Sensory Interactive is working with Miller Capital Advisory on the development of a comprehensive promotional platform for Miracle Mile Shops in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.
This promotional platform will use a combination of digital and static displays, specialized audio and lighting equipment, and a centralized content management system to generate new revenue and enhance visitor engagement. It will do this by supporting brand activations, sponsored events, advertising, and interaction with mobile devices.
The Sensory Interactive team is using its expertise in technology, design, media sales, and operations to thoroughly evaluate the platform’s revenue potential and ensure that the platform will effectively leverage the value of the center’s high-visibility location and remarkable number of annual visitors.
Miracle Mile Shops is a 475,000-square-foot retail center with direct connections to the 2,567-room Planet Hollywood Resort and the Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations Hotel. It is home to 170 shops, 15 restaurants, and multiple live entertainment venues. The project was built in 2000 as Desert Passage and was renamed Miracle Mile Shops in 2007 when the Aladdin Hotel became the Planet Hollywood Resort.
